FundNext will only process refunds under the following strict conditions:

• The payment has not been invested in any plan or strategy
• The user provides valid proof of payment (transaction ID, bank statement, etc.)
• The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the original payment

No refunds will be provided under any other circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Funds that have been allocated to any investment plan
• Change of mind after investment
• Market fluctuations or investment performance
• Fees or charges already incurred

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Submit a request to support@fundnext.in with subject "Refund Request"
2. Include your account details and valid proof of payment
3. Our team will verify your eligibility within 3 business days
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Note: All refunds will be made after deducting payment gateway/bank charges (typically 2-3% of transaction amount).

3. Data Privacy and Law Enforcement

FundNext maintains strict privacy standards:

• User financial data is protected with bank-level encryption
• We will only share data with law enforcement agencies when presented with a valid court order from a competent court within the territory of India
• All disclosure requests are reviewed by our legal team for compliance with Indian law

4. Jurisdiction and Disputes

All refund-related matters shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

The courts in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from refund claims or payment issues.

5. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
